This Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders placed on Quikermart (the “Platform”), by Buyers purchasing from Sellers for wholesale or retail hosiery/textile goods, in India or through export orders. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Privacy Policy.
– Buyers may request a return or refund if the goods delivered are:
damaged in transit or exhibit manufacturing defects; or
not as described (wrong items, incorrect quantity, or incorrect specification).
– Returns are not eligible for:
change-of-mind after acceptance of goods;
goods that have been used, washed, altered or processed;
items supplied custom-manufactured to buyer’s specification or bulk orders where such limitation is communicated at order confirmation;
goods where buyer fails to inspect upon delivery and raise an issue within the specified timeframe.
– For standard orders (non-custom), Buyers must inspect goods at the time of delivery and inform Quikermart Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery of any visible damage, defect or discrepancy.
– For custom or bulk manufacturing orders, the specific inspection/return timeline will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
– After approval, the goods must be returned (if required) within 7 days from the date of approval, in original packaging and condition, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Buyer must contact Quikermart Support (quikermart3@gmail.com) with: order number, purchase invoice, delivery receipt, photos and/or unedited video showing the issue.
Quikermart will review and, if approved, provide Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or instructions for return shipment.
Buyer must ship back the goods (or make them available for pickup) as per instructions. The goods must be unused, intact, with all original tags/labels, packed securely.
On receipt and verification of returned goods by Quikermart (or Seller), the refund or credit will be processed as detailed below.
– Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used or as otherwise mutually agreed in writing.
– Shipping / freight costs paid by Buyer are non-refundable, unless the return is due to Seller/Platform error (e.g., wrong item or damage).
– For COD orders, refund will be issued through bank transfer or credit note as agreed.
– Processing time for refunds: up to 7-14 business days from verification of returned goods.
– For custom-manufactured or bulk orders: due to the nature of production and dispatch timelines, these may not always be eligible for standard returns. Any return / refund terms will be explicitly specified and agreed at order confirmation.
– Partial dispatches, split shipments or batch deliveries may have separate return terms.
– Buyer must inspect all received goods immediately and report any issues within agreed timeframe.
– If Buyer claims non-delivery (tracking indicates delivered) or damage in transit: Buyer must notify Quikermart Support within 48 hours of receiving goods.
– Quikermart is not liable for delays or damage once shipment is handed to courier unless insurance or special arrangement was made. Buyer may choose insured shipping for high-value orders.
– Returns, or failed deliveries, due to incorrect shipping details provided by Buyer may incur reshipping or return shipping charges.
– Quikermart reserves the right to deduct return shipping costs or require Buyer to cover such costs in such cases.
– For orders shipped internationally, returns and refunds are subject to the terms negotiated at export contract. Buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes and customs. Quikermart will not be liable for return or refund delays caused by customs or destination country restrictions.
– Buyer must obtain any necessary export/import authorizations if returning goods.
– Quikermart shall not be liable for returns/refunds or delays resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, regulatory actions). In such events, Quikermart will endeavour to assist but cannot guarantee standard timelines.
– Quikermart reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Revised versions will be posted on the Platform with updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
