Return/Exchange sirf un products par possible hai jo delivery ke date se 7 din ke andar claim kiye gaye ho.
Product unused, unwashed hona chahiye, sare tags intact hone chahiye aur original packaging ke andar.
Customized products ya made-to-order items generally return/exchange ke liye eligible nahi hote (jab tak defect na ho).
Returns ya exchanges tab accept kiye jayenge agar:
Wrong item bheja gaya ho (size, colour, design galat ho).
Product delivery ke dauran damaged ho gaya ho.
Product manufacturing defect ho.
Customer care team ko email karein ya website par return request form fill karein, delivery receipt number aur photos of damage/wrong item attach karein (agar applicable ho).
Hum request verify karenge aur aapko return instructions denge, jaise ki product ko kahan ship karna hai.
Product ko original packaging mein, tags ke sath, safe packing ke saath ship karein.
Wrong/damaged items ke case mein, return shipping kharcha hum uthayenge.
Agar return aapki “change of mind” ya size issue ke liye hai, to return shipping aapko cover karna padega (unless free return policy aapke area mein ho).
Products return hone ke baad, quality inspection kiya jayega.
Inspection ke baad agar return approve ho gaya, refund aapke original payment method mein kiya jayega, ya store credit diya ja sakta hai (aapke preference ke hisaab se).
Refund process mein 5-10 business days lag sakte hain, bank/agency ke processing time ke hisaab se.
Shipping charges (original delivery & return) agar applicable ho, deduct ho sakte hain (unless humari galti ho).
Agar same product ki exchange chahte hain (size, color variant etc.), hum stock availability ke basis pe exchange provide karenge.
Exchange ke liye return aur new shipment dono ke charges, policies pe depend karenge.
Neeche ke products return/exchange ke liye eligible nahin honge:
Products jo already use ho chuke ho ya wash ho chuke ho.
Tags ya packaging missing ho.
Customized / personalized orders (jab tak defect na ho).
Hygiene-sensitive items (undergarments, swimwear, etc.) — yadi website mein specify kiya gaya ho.
Order dispatch hone se pehle aapka order cancel kiya ja sakta hai.
Dispatch ke baad cancellation possible nahi hai, lekin aap delivery ke samay parcel ko refusal kar sakte hain (agar condition kharab ho).
Cancellation karne ki request hamesha order number ke saath bhejein.
